Shipping:

Bassoon reeds are shipped throughout the United States and territories and have flat-rate fee of $8 for USPS Ground. If you are local to Kansas City, we can arrange local pick-up, just select it at checkout.

We also ship reeds internationally, for a flat-rate of $20 anywhere outside of the US or its territories.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, Mondays through Thursdays.

Returns:

Since reeds will come in contact with human saliva, there are no returns or refunds. If there are errors with shipping, please reach out to me through the contact page or at mariah@ravenreeds.com and I will be happy to assist you to the best of my ability.
