Our bassoon reeds are warm, resonant and responsive and will give you the peace of mind that you’ll always be in tune and in time. Tested over 3-4 days to ensure stability and sanitized before shipping. Wrapped with embroidery thread and sealed with beeswax for a natural, locally sourced water tight seal.
Our reeds aren’t classified by student and professional because I believe a good reed is a good reed, and everyone deserves a quality bassoon reed, no matter their level. All of our cane is processed in house, all the way from splitting tube cane to finishing blanks which means the control is in my hands! I'm very nit-picky with which cane makes the cut which means better outcomes for the final reeds for you!
Sometimes I have reeds ready to ship! If I don’t have finished reeds in stock at the time, you can still order but it will take a second longer. If choosing made after order, please note that there will be 3+ weeks for your order to ship. Also check out the shipping and returns page to know what to expect!
